My experience in getting two crowns in one visit at Stadium Dental in St Joseph, MI was very positive. Dr Haddad’s ability to both diagnose and explain what needs to be done was reassuring and his detailed process and end result very impressive. Beth was assisting him throughout and they are a strong team! Stadium Dental has the equipment on site to get both crowns made in the same visit.

I was impressed and grateful for the work the entire team performed.

I’m deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and passive-aggressive tone of your response. Instead of taking accountability or showing empathy, you chose to twist the truth and misrepresent my experience. This only confirms why I said I would never return. At no point was I informed of the total cost ahead of time. Even during my initial consultation, I paid more than I came in expecting to, due to unclear communication and what felt like manipulation. Your team never clearly explained what I’d be spending or why. You also left out how, on my first visit, I waited an extremely long time even after I told your staff I had another appointment with the oral surgeon.

Your nurse told me she didn’t understand why I was going to the surgeon at all and insisted your dentist could do the same thing and take my insurance. That’s not professional advice, that’s persuasion. On top of it all , to accuse me of “doing this everywhere I go” is a personal attack that no business should be making toward a patient. . . Really shows a lack of professionalism on your part. If this is how you respond to patients expressing discomfort or concerns, it makes me wonder how many other reviews you’ve tried to hide or silence… It’s also a way to deflect from the fact that YOUR office chose to ignore certain parts of my care, gave minimal aftercare instructions, and left me to advocate for things like stitching and gauze on my own.

If you treat some patients with more grace than others, maybe you should ask yourselves why that is and why you chose to respond to my review with such hostility. And for the record, don’t delete or hide my review now that I’m speaking up again. I have every right to share my experience just like everyone else. You’re lucky I didn’t record everything that happened.

Dr Gutierrez and his staff are very friendly and caring. He has gone over and above while working on me and took the time to listen about having migraines and discussed potential cause from my bite misalignment and options to consider to treat it. I have been very impressed with their new technology for scanning my mouth to make impressions for crowns and they are very meticulous in getting it just right for my bite.

I would recommend them without hesitation.

Dream

This will be my last review regarding this business. I truly don’t care how many people you choose to treat well or how many others might have had a different experience — I paid you for a service, and I left your office feeling disrespected, dismissed, and deeply unsatisfied. For the record, I did not leave multiple reviews under multiple accounts. I left one, you responded aggressively, I responded again and shared a screenshot of my original review to support my experience. This will be my third and final one unless you decide to drag this on further. Instead of acknowledging anything, your responses have only doubled down on denial and gaslighting.

Claiming I made “threats” because I mentioned recording my experience for my own protection is a complete exaggeration. I called to get the name of the dentist I saw, something I have every right to do , and then I politely ended the phone call. I don’t know what your secretary told you but that is what happened. I’ve worked with many doctors and nurses and dentist in the past and they can all vouch that I am not a problematic patient. In fact, I’ve lived here for nearly 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a Google review for any business just because that’s how strongly I felt after leaving your office. So while you claim transparency and professionalism, the way you've responded shows otherwise.

I'm not even asking for anything in return, not even an apology. I’m just using my voice to warn others. And thankfully, Google doesn’t take these reviews down just because a business doesn’t like them. It might not be the most popular opinion, but in my honest experience, this was hands down one of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been to. Thank you.
