I have been going to Spring Dental for years. They are always so considerate, prompt, and pleasant to deal with. I have to drive 45 minutes to get there from my house, but I can't think of anywhere else I would rather go. Thanks Spring Dental for taking such good care of me!

I have had a lot of dental work done unfortunately, I genuinely dislike going to the dentist because it hurts, I have to be poked at least 4 times to get numb and it takes forever to get what you need done. Yesterday, I was checked in around 1000, I was poked once, the technique that was used i truly could not even feel the first poke & certainly not any further than that, which is astounding. my jaw was the numbest it has ever been, & the numbness was repeatedly checked throughout the entire procedure. I didn’t have to ask, I didn’t have to stay alert or worry if everything was being done correctly. My tooth was cleaned up & worked for a crown in less than half an hour.

I have zero cuts on my gums, I did not have to take Tylenol or anything for soreness, that crown was seated perfectly over my real tooth & I didn’t have to go back & forth with height and adjustment as I have in the past, he used his tools to make this extremely effortless for me & likely ever client he sees . I cannot speak any higher for Dr. Colby at Spring Dental in Henryetta. He is extremely patient, he is very realistic & his bed side manner is impeccable. I was very well cared for on this day.

Thank you Dr. Colby and thank you Devan, his assistant. It takes an awesome team to make care excellent & you both did just that. Means more than you know from someone who fears dental work.

The staff are all professional and nice people and the office is clean with up to date tech. ! This is more of a review for Spring Dental policy. They do things here different than any other dentist office I’ve ever been to in my whole life. As a new patient at Spring Dental, you go there, you have to get x-rays first thing, be diagnosed by a dentist and then other appointments are made for whatever you need. All of that is fine, I guess.

Every other dentist office I’ve ever been to: as a new patient, you go there, get your teeth cleaned, do x-rays if you haven’t had any in a while or if they don’t have any recent x-rays on file/record and then you get seen/diagnosed by the dentist. If I didn’t get x-rays, I don’t believe I would’ve been able to get a teeth cleaning, like they said: there’s nothing they can do if I don’t get x-rays. Once I did all that I was lucky and they were able to get me seen by the hygienist, otherwise I would’ve had to schedule a different appointment. I couldn’t even get prices on various services for someone who doesn’t have insurance. Like not even for a teeth cleaning because they said you have to be diagnosed by the dentist first so they know how well to clean your teeth.

Like there’s levels, I guess. I’ve never had to be diagnosed by a dentist first to get a teeth cleaning, The hygienist usually does the best they can do and then you see a dentist. I can respect that there are individuals who have really bad teeth and have not been to the dentist in literal years, but in most cases, the teeth cleaning would never take more than an hour and since no other dentist office has ever gave me that type of line I think this is a policy carefully thought out by Spring Dental, a chain dental office. The staff, again, were all nice, helpful, professional and polite! It’s overall a good dental office.
