The staff is always courteous and professional. The Dr took care of my son’s Braces for the last two years. It ended with great results and she accommodated us before our PCS move. Never had any issues with scheduling or performance.

No issues here. Came today a got the consult and the Braces done within 2 hours. . my daughter wants to go to school when we leave . . our primary dentist cleaned her teeth a few days before we came here. She needed braces but I couldn’t afford the down payment and monthly payment plan at my original dentist.

. that’s y I came here for braces. I paid $99 today and I will pay less than $200 a month til they paid off. . my daughter got to pick the color she wanted and is happy . She’s happy my pockets happy , no complaints here

My daughter has had multiple horrific experiences at this dentist office. The staff has a Nasty attitude Every single time we have been in this office. . But just this last appointment today, they numbed my daughter’s mouth with four needles and left her sitting in the chair for an hour and a half. She was told that the doctor was working on other patients. . Which is fine. I understand that people get busy there are emergencies, etc. , etc.

but an hour and a half After her appointment time, she was still not being seen she had started to get anxiety at this point. . Crying and being understandably upset. . She is A child, 15 years old, having a full-blown panic attack& Was told by the staff that they “could not have her upsetting the other patients”. . by this time, it is almost 2 hours past her appointment time. . Her mouth has been numbed with four needles.

. Still no doctor. . They can’t give her anything to calm her down because apparently the doctor has got to be in the room. . And to top it off, her nurse was Getting smart with her had a serious attitude problem, Even when I spoke to him, he had an attitude with me… The people there should not be working with children… Because it seems like to me that they have zero regard for the actual child and I have been into this dentist office Quite a few times, trying to get the same procedure done over and over and over… They do not have their shit together and like I said, just book appointments, Overbook appointments, Book multiple Appointments @ the same time Knowing there’s not Enough staff. . And on top of all that when you call their phone number, you go to a call center. You cannot actually talk to the staff at the dentist office…EVER!!

All my life I have enjoyed going to the dentist. Even with getting cavities filled and all. My experience here has left me traumatized. I came in 6/21/25 for my wisdom teeth removal. The oral surgeon was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. I felt nearly EVERYTHING during the production to the point my fiance could hear me yelling and crying in the WAITING ROOM.

My fiance ALSO said he could hear the ORAL SURGEON YELLING at me from the waiting room. I ended up having a full blown panic attack in the back, and while the assistant was very very nice, the oral surgeon himself stood over me while i was hyperventilating and yelled at me to “STOP DOING THAT”. It was so bad I couldn’t even get all 4 done at once I HAD TO stop. This man was so unprofessional and had it not been a Saturday and the oral surgeon seeming very eager to “catch his flight”, my fiance would have went back there. Awful. I’m a 23 years old woman I can’t even imagine what terrified children have to go through.

I’ve given natural birth and THAT was nowhere near as traumatic as this experience. I’ve been so stressed from this to the point I am LOSING HAIR. What a shame. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!
