I want to express my appreciation to Dr. Pham and her staff and for their outstanding work in performing root canal work on one of my teeth. My crown came off from the tooth. My regular dentist decided that I needed to see an Endodontics prior to placing a new crown. Called several places to get an appointment within the week as I was planning to go out of this area during the weekend. Ms. Kelly, the office receptionist, surprised me with a phone call by giving me the same day appointment. No one believed me when I told them that I found Dr. Pham who helped me to evaluate and fix my tooth requiring root canal work on the same day. I got lost due to an error entering the address of the doctor’s office. I was circling North Franklin Street when I should have entered North Franklin Drive in my GPS system.
Dr. Pham stayed on her mobile phone until I safely arrived at her place. Once I arrived, completed all required forms and was ready for evaluation. No wasted time in waiting. Ashley, the assistant , took ownership of my tooth issues and got everything ready for DR. Pham promptly. Dr. Pham did not waste any time too. She went to work immediately in evaluating and fixing the tooth. Although I left the office with minor discomfort, the next morning I sensed like no root canal was done to my tooth. Felt easy and comfortable moving my jaws.
Dr. Pham and the staff did an amazing job. I did not want to get lost again when I was leaving to return for my home in a neighboring county. Dr. Pham was ready with a map. When I requested Ashley to show the direction to the interstate highway, she showed me two turns that led me to the interstate highway. Was able to reach my home in about 30 minutes instead of more than one hour to find the doctor’s office. Wish them well.

Dr. Pham is a professional and she knows her root canals… I am especially scared of dental work and she was so kind and patient with me despite my terrified disposition with getting my first root canal. I truly appreciate her and her team… they did an outstanding job. Would highly highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Pham. She's careful and precise in her technique, which made me completely confident in her care. What I appreciate the most is she explains everything-before and during the treatment, so I know what to expect.
It has been a year since my tooth was treated by Dr. Pham, and I don't have any complication or issue after that. I trust her so much that I'd definitely bring my family here if a retreatment is needed.
