Dentist in Donalsonville, GA
I’m still gonna rate them 5 stars because of the service from the nurse and Dr. Carr. However the receptionist needs to be more friendly. She didn’t greet us and she never smiled. We waited at the window about 3 or 4 mins before she said anything to us. This was my 3 year old first visit so I didn’t want her to be afraid. Overall I liked the dental hygienist and Dr. Carr so I will be back.

We didn’t have a great experience. But it wasn’t unforgivable. It wasn’t awful by any means. But the appointment was at 1:00 and he wasn’t called back until 2:05. It happens, but really, they overbooked, plain and simple. There were about 6 people there with 1:00 appointments that said this is “normal”.
That’s not right. The most ironic thing is that they have a sign that says if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, they can cancel it… but we waited over an hour- and I was late going back to work. But it was a good visit and my son felt comfortable. Plus someone came out to talk with me about what they had done as well as what to do better and what to expect going forward.

Everybody was very nice from beginning till the end of departure. Dr. Carr, nurse and staff answers and listen to all my concerns about my visit. I am looking forward for my next appointment to move forward with this clinic. I think I will be in good hand with staff and doctors. Very positive attitude with all the people I met today.

Excellent service, I’ve been coming to Dr. Carr all of my 27 years and now my children are as well. I have no complaints. Caring, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would recommend
