I recently had a visit here with Dr. Hahn for a root canal. I am new to the area and did not know what to expect with my experience. I was quickly put at ease by not only Dr. Hahn but also his staff. Especially the RDA Hannah. I do not do well with pain, and was anticipating the discomfort that goes along with a root canal. Hannah and Dr.
Hahn were very comforting and had my anxiety almost nonexistent. Dr. Hahn’s skill and technique made it virtually painless. I mostly felt just pressure. Hannah the RDA was amazing. I am in the medical field and can recognize when someone is able to anticipate the Dr’s next move, she had the right instruments there ready for him to exicute the procedure quickly and thoroughly. Kudos!!!

Friendly, but clueless staff, especially people in the billing department. I was quoted $600 out of pocket for my implant after my insurance. Currently I am sitting with $3600 bill in my hand all due to Dr. Estemalik’s staff negligence, carelessness, and incompetence.
It was taking 2. 5 years to finally properly bill my insurance, by that time the deadline to file the claim passed. I had to do all the leg work, calling my insurance multiple times and figuring out what was going on. I also found out that at the beginning of my treatment Southwest Endodontics & Periodontics practice was “in-network”, but later they become out-of-network, however they continued the treatment without notifying me, which added a decent amount to this bill.
I just would like to warn you all, be careful with this office and ask for signed estimates in advance and hold them accountable. And yeah, without communicating with me again, they send my bill to collections now trying to ruin my credit. So all in all try to avoid this place until they get their house in order or you are going to end up calling their office and insurance forever and might get stuck with a huge bill just like me. On the positive side, the implant is still holding up 😊
