If there is a less negative star this people deserve it, I usually don't write negative reviews because some people can loose their jobs, but to be honest this life threaten and it needs to be reported, this called clinic its not been sanitize according to the rules and regulations, as soon as you walk in there you can tell it doesn't even feel like you are in the United States, I went for a regular cleaning when the doctor sees the Xray he made a suggestion to fix a filer something that was not bothering me at all, well I agreed bad decision, whatever they did when away maybe an hour later but I was in so much pain I said I'll go later I called a couple of times like usual they didn't answer the phone when they finally did after many attempts the receptionist told me that I didn't get anything done there i said what? so, I went in person the manager told the girls that whatever they did entering the information in the computer was wrong because they didn't enter it in the system correct, 15 minutes after the conversation they told me to go in so the doctor can check what happened they told me to laid down in a bed that looks old and dirty I asked for the disposable plastic cover the girl told me they didn't have any I said I am not going to laid there that is disgusting and i will report you.

I really hope people know their rights and report and malpractice before worst things happen.

The staff is rude and i had really bad experiences with procedures the staff is all talk and no work and wait times are really long I remember I once almost chocked on a tool in this Dental office do not recommend for no one

After years of service at this location i walk in and let them know im in serious pain so they tell me i must wait 4 days for an appoointment , after waiting 4 days they tell me im early they are going for lunch so they purposely scheduled me with major pain for after they eat lunch . Then once they finally take me in and charge me 35$ they sit me in a back office for over 2 hours without speaking to me other then once to lie to me and say the doctor will be right in 10 mins , waited another hour untill i just walked out this place has no service whatsoever and are very social distant from thier customers .

Think twice if your in pain to ever use this dentist the worst service i ever had at a dentist in my life" also while i waited i heard them take 3 people before me in other pods so just goes to show they select who they like and serve only those people they feel have money or want to service never going to this dentist again in my life and highly encourage others to find other source for a dentist thank you have a nice day.

I did not have a great experience with this office staff. At my first visit, Melody (Mel) confused me with another patient after saying there is no need for me to sign in, insisting I came prior and was there for a filling even though it was my first time in the office??. . .

After x-rays and an evaluation, I was told to come in another day for the first of two cleanings since there was no availability for the day. . . I was told one is covered by insurance and the second would require me to pay $50 out of pocket.

When coming in for my first cleaning I informed Mel at the front desk, after not being greeted at all, that I will be relocating and won't be able to come in to that office for the second cleaning. Regardless of this she attempted to charge me for the second cleaning, did not reach out to the office manager for recourse or find another office where the second cleaning could be done, and upon following up the next day when I was told the office manager would be in- no one picked up the phone!! Clearly there is insurance fraud being committed here while patients are told "the doctor has to produce" as if the insurance companies do not pay them also. Horrible business practices and employees representing this business!!
