To the woman that referred me that works there, thank you i didnt catch your name. Was 2 years overdue for cleaning. Samantha cleaned and polished my teeth thoroughly. She made sure there was no plaque, buildup or calculus on my teeth and made sure that all of my teeth were squeaky clean. Dr. Tampoya was very personable and very knowledgeable. I love dentists like this.

It makes going to the dentist worth while. He talked with me about options to help my condition and reassured me that my teeth were in perfect, pristine condition. Helen checked me out made sure that all of my future appointments were correct and made sure i had everything i needed for my next visit. Bergen always makes being at the dentist a breeze. She is always positive and makes sure that people there have a positive experience. She lights up the office with happiness. Thank you all so much! Wish i could give this place 6 stars

I have been going to Dr Tampoya for years and always loved this office but they have fallen apart over the last year. During my last appointment they had a temp dentist while Tampoya was on vacation. But the dentist left before my cleaning finished and I never got to see the actual dentist. Then my last appointment was cancelled the day before in a text message (even after they called to confirm a few days prior). I had to call them to reschedule for today. I moved my work schedule around to be home for it only to get a text message the morning of the appointment saying they moved it to earlier in the day at a time I cannot make. Again, no phone call.

I call the office and get the voicemail. They are woefully understaffed and never answer the phone. I now have to find a new dentist. Don’t bother calling this office. Get a dentist who is organized and has proper staffing.

Illegally charged me for a service they are not licensed to perform…very shady stuff. . My insurance provider confirmed this and has filed a claim against this establishment and a complaint was officially filed against this practice . . to my understanding per my insurance company getting a complaint filed like this ‘is a very serious offense and could jeopardize the firm on a higher level operating outside of guidelines. ’ They will have to cover the cost for the ‘mistake’ too.

I would not trust this establishment again with anything. Per my insurance company they were fully aware and did so anyways. I also had a weird encountering in the office when i was getting the treatment and now i understand why. They werent licensed as an ortho to perform the service but charged me anyways with my insurance company filing a case against them to get the initial payment back i gave them to perform said treatment.

👎 I made an appointment here for my son accidentally. There are two dental offices in the building, one of which is for peds. When I got to the location and realized I gave them my insurance info and they said my son’s visit is fully covered. It was a standard annual cleaning w/ X-rays…which is fully covered through my insurance with in-network drs. Now I have a bill for $652.

The young woman upfront said she was sitting in for someone. They supposedly ran the insurance on the spot… how could this happen?? Seems very unethical. Disappointing.
