First experience was 5 stars. Second and last time I ever went there, I unfortunately met the dentist. Cavemen were probably more compassionate toward eachother than he was toward me, both on the phone and then again after he walked in, ripped my tooth out and walked out without saying a word to me. Worst experience I ever had and the military was my nightmare story before gete. Haven't been back to a dentist since there, and I've snapped bones in half and went to work after. My experience was absolutely abhorrent at this office. I wouldn't go back there if they were the ones paying me. **edit in response to your reply** Lets be extremely clear here.

. . the attempt to discredit my review by calling me a liar because you chose to use a one month window to see if you've seen me as a patient withon that time says that you think the majority of readers in the reviews won't catch that. I never said I was your patient in the past month. What I said was that I'm someone who has been a patient in your office and that my first experience (without your presence) was good. The second, where you removed a tooth from my skull, was not. The problem with my visit was literally you. The person replying.

Your staff is wonderful. You, are just not someone that I would in good conscience, let people go see, without sharing my reasoning that you're unprofessional, rude and dismissive. You don't have to like it, and I do apologize that it sounds harsh. I don't know how else to put it, without becoming disrespectful which I'm not going to do, s jisy let this go and move on. It's 1 bad review from 1 patient. Life goes on. Take care

I will say my children and I have been going here for years and always had a positive experience. However, I made appointments and like some humans do I woke up late and let them know I would be able to make it in 30 minutes and if not I’ll reschedule and the doctor was very rude and aggressive towards me. He said “you know this is 4 appointments I have to cancel we lose money and if this happens again we will not be able to service you anymore, like what’s going on”. I get it, but he could have relayed that to me in a more professional/polite manner.

Not to mention we are a family of 5 and have been going to his office for years. So, I took my business else where , Riccobene…. best decision! And much more friendly/kid friendly!

Lovely hygienist and dr!! Both my mom and I were seen, and both agreed we loved this place! Very friendly and welcoming!! They’re gentle and didn’t tear my mouth apart. 100% recommend, especially if you’re more sensitive!!

I just deleted one of the first post ever put on for Southern Village Dental. After going there for years and recommending to other people, my husband and I were so rudely treated this past year and we never canceled an appointment except for two Medical and they were both canceled at least a week early Because of hospitalization. We were told never to come back – we left there in shock. At least, although we felt so badly and looking back over reviews on next-door, etc.

I became aware of many people feeling the same way and being treated the same way as we had been ! I never in my life would expect a medical professional to be that rude and obnoxious. I can’t wait to see the response and excuse for this one Dr. Harris. You and your puppet staff who don’t even know how to speak… I I was polite to you every time we came as well as your staff and my husband, and I as well as other people that you treated in the same way.

Hold your breath and don’t even respond. If you look at the reviews, Dr. Harris can always justify himself, but if you would see him in action with his mouth and rudeness, it’s certainly a different story. It makes me livid to think of our experience this past year, and as I said, the only thing that makes me get some satisfaction is knowing that it wasn’t us it was many other people, very sad to say !
