My experience at Soothing Dental today was everything but soothing. I made a cleaning appointment there 2 months ago when I picked up my aunt from her dental appointment. I had gone there before but the hygienist hurt my mouth every time she cleaned my teeth, so I went back to the dentist I went to in my youth, who is great. Unfortunately, he just retired , so I thought I would try Soothing Dental again making sure I got the other hygienist my aunt has always liked. I stressed that when I made the appointment 2 months ago.

Their office called about 2 weeks later to ask if I would change my appointment as the dentist wouldn't be in on the day I was scheduled. I asked if I would still have my aunt's hygienist. They said, "Yes. " So I agreed to change my appointment. I went in this morning and filled out all of the forms, and waited until 10:15 for my 9:50 appointment.

When I was finally called back, I was introduced to a new hygienist that was NOT who my appointment was supposed to be with. I am very disappointed. I didn't stay and I've asked to have my information deleted from their files. Now I need to find a new dentist again. If your health professional isn't caring enough to listen to you, the client that is paying them, and make sure it happens the way they say it will, how can you trust them with more important decisions?

I am really happy I found Soothing Dental. Dr. Cutter and her team are so welcoming and make your appointment goes smoothly! I seem to always be nervous going to the dentist and was not at all during any moment.

Jane the receptionist makes sure you have everything you need and is the sweetest! The hygienist Sue was very nice and did my cleaning. She explained her process through the entire appointment and made sure to check on me through it! Dr. Cutter takes time with her patients and really is there for you not only from a dental aspect, but also as a person! This is an awesome office and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist! The office is located right in downtown Plymouth and easy to get to and parking! Highly recommend!

Traveling our beautiful Earth McNally

Came in for an emergency visit because my dentist was closed. The building was super cute and retro style. The staff and dentist was very kind and helpful. I would very much recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr. Cutter is by far, the best dentist that I’ve ever had. She’s an exceptional dentist with great eye for detail and care. She runs a tight ship and the organization is professional from top to bottom.
