Very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 3 and came 10 minutes early and still wasn't called back at all. They made sure to call Hispanic patients back as soon as they checked in. I was sent here as a referral from the archer location all of the dentist to say he wasn't the correct person that I was suppose to be referred to.
They then went on to perform another service that I didn't come for and applied sealants on my daughter back molars. The next morning she was choking while eating soggy cereal, as one of them came out and got lodged in her throat. They just wanted the money to file a claim even though I was referred incorrectly. After the hojr they told me they wouldn't see me and suggested another referral.
Dr Andy told me he could do the service but provided a referral instead and even told me he would be at the office all for the office to tell me it was an incorrect referral and NO ONE would see me even though dr Andy was in the building. Finally I was sent back all for Dr Stanley (who didn't even personally provide his name due to the same of his actions towards a minor) to take a look and say he could perform the procedure in 5 minutes, however he also declined to do the procedure due to billing. You are suppose to introduce yourself if you're looking in someone's mouth, which he did, but then declined to provide his name due to terrible service. This whole branch is money hungry and full of incompetent staff!

Went in for a toothache and honestly best experience at a dentist yet! Front desk was very helpful and respectful. Dr took care of me right away with no issues 10/10

Very bad front desk service, have very bad attitude, they will scream at you and will talk super fast and when you ask them questions will be in a hurry kind of tone with a bad attitude Also front desk do not know how to read dental pre certification benefits. I was charged over 50% over what I really needed to pay with my Insurance. Asked for a refund since I found it suspicious and was told will get a refund until 3 months. Very bad experience will not be back.
If you do come here make sure to ask your insurance what amount you will be paying before paying on the day of the appointment as they are not professional or trained enough on insurance authorization claims and will charge you more than what you need to pay. I will rather go somewhere else where I will treated with respect and will a staff that is fully trained do their job at 100 percent.

If you’re Black, avoid this place. They consistently prioritized Hispanic individuals, even those who arrived much later than I did. My appointment was at 12 PM, but I ended up leaving at 1:03 PM without ever being called.
Once the lobby cleared out, they stopped calling anyone for about 20 minutes—then finally came out to get an older Hispanic man who had just arrived. The whole situation was beyond disrespectful. I was furious
