I had a dental emergency on a late Saturday afternoon while visiting the Chicago suburbs from Nashville—my crown broke on a back molar, leaving part of my tooth exposed. I was worried it would turn into a serious issue fast: nerve pain, trouble chewing, and no way to get it treated soon with my regular dentist out of the country. I called several local offices that said they were open, but either the dentists had already left or said they could not see me on such short notice. I left a voicemail at Song Dental Wellness, and to my surprise, Dr. Song herself called me back within 10 minutes and told me to come in right away.

When I arrived, the office was closed for the long weekend—Dr. Song had already sent her staff home—but she stayed to help me on her own. She spent over an hour and a half (and well beyond her regular office hours) carefully fixing my tooth and truly went above and beyond. She was kind, professional, and incredibly fair with the cost since I didn't have dental insurance Dr. Song’s dedication helped me avoid a full-on dental crisis, and I am so grateful.

This is the kind of care and commitment every patient hopes for. Highly, highly recommend. If I ever need a dentist again in the Chicago suburbs, it'll be Dr. Song.

Wow… what a great experience at this dental office. The person at the desk(sorry don’t know her name) was so welcoming and friendly. Then meet Dr Song and she was wonderful. She took her time, explained everything she was doing. She is very friendly and gentle. I wish I came here sooner. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr Song.

I live at New Jersey, early of March, my daughter (9 years old) had a competition at Chicago, on plane, one of her teeth had some issue when she ate a nut, after we arrived Chicago airport, I contacted my NJ friend who is dentist too and asked him to recommended a doctor to see, he recommended Dr. Song and told me some of her background, No 1 graduated student in her medical school in China, PhD at US, went to dental school at US. . . . .

something like that. I immediately contacted Dr. Song and asked her if we could drop in an appointment, considering our special case that my daughter would be in a competition next day, she agreed without hesitation, we went to her clinic from airport directly, she treated my daughter immediately after we arrived around 5:00pm Friday afternoon. After one hour, she fixed the issue. Also, she gave us many good advices about how to maintain teeth. I am very appreciated for her help and job! I am not a google often reviewer, I want to see a result.

that is why I did not post a review immediately, I want to see if my daughter teeth is fine after a few of days. Yes, after about one month her teeth is very very good!! I strongly recommend Dr,Song to anyone if you have teeth issue. Thanks Dr. Song again!!

Finally a place where you can talk to the dentist. My previous dental place never complimented me nor my wife for our improvements in hygiene and for the most part we only saw dental hygienists. We’d only see the dentist maybe once a year and they were always in/out. But this place is different! The quality of care here is great and you’re not just another number.

After my first visit we decided to switch my whole family to this provider and everyone appreciated the experience here. The cleaning was done by Dr. Song herself and she addressed all my concerns.
