This place is trash! Santenelli was garbage too. I’m reading all the bad reviews and you people should definitely seek legal counsel because I know I am!

Do not go here. Unethical practice. They are refusing to abide by the contract that I signed and paid in full for with owner/Santelli with whom they bought the practice. They are having me pay more on the back end or will not finish my son’s Invisalign treatment. And I can’t even get an orthodontist to return my call on top of that. Horrible.

I went in today to continue my Invisalign treatment which kind you is 5 years now. I am a carry over patient from Dr. Santelli who used to own. The practice and put me in Invisalign treatment which now in hindsight site and from other reviews may have not been the best course of action for my treatment with my situation. Santelli is a scum bag and wish I had never come to this office in the first place since he sold me on something that wasn’t for me: I have since a long time ago paid for my treatment to straighten my teeth and give me the service that I paid for. Fast forward five years later and here am treatment is finally at 90%. Recently I have had my attachments removed and in the final stages of my alignment. I have never not done what has been asked of me as far as treatment and recently have been given rubber bands and attachements to finalize everything and get my bite corrrct. I was skeptical of the competence of the new Dr.

’s but up until this point they have been trying to right the wrong g of Santelli. Today when I went in because they removed my attachments and cut my incisions so small to fit certain teeth; I accidentally lost the top alighted I treatment: I expressed this to the Dr. and staff and was told that I would have to lay $180 dollars to replace the top alighted. WHAT??? I have never had this issue and in was a complete accident. They Dr. was even arguing about the ridiculousness of the price the office manager was giving me. After my brief WTF, the women who cattachws alighnera and braces told me that she would take care of getting me a new aloghner. I was driving home and received a call stating that I would have to pay $180 and that’s it!! Unbelievable, applied and feel like I’m being nickel and dimes at this point. The office manger has yet to call me and I have to say how disappointing after so much time.

I realize that I am a Santelli cast off, but it’s not my fault he sold me a bad treatment. I don’t know where to go at this point. I just want my treatment to be done and the feeling is most surrounded mutual I as sick of going there. I feel the office is just trying to nicks and dime me to pay them something. I feel like I should file a medical malpractice against them since they seem to have failed to complete the job that I have in good faith already paid for. I think at this point I need to seek legal council.
