Military veteran, referred to Smile Dentistry for dental care. Today, attempted to reschedule an appt. Staffers, Joslyn, abruptly hung-up after requesting to speak with mgmt. Called back, an hispanic staffer, wouldn’t provide name, was exceptionally rude when ask to speak to mgmt.
With today’s this experience, I do not wish to visit this dental office due to the difficulties with staff, over the phone. This office reception’s disposition was grossly nasty & never got to reschedule the appt. Poor service.

Was given an estimate of over 10,000 dollars out of pocket for a one tooth implant procedure beginning to end. My insurance would have been charged the remainder of this outrageous estimate. $10,000 was MY cost. Ridiculous. Since it clearly sounded absurd, I went elsewhere for a second opinion. X-rays were done again, complete estimate work up. .
. I now have an appointment elsewhere to have this one tooth implant for $450. 00 dollars out of pocket, and $5000. 00 is covered under insurance. Good bye Laurel Pines! You were a bad joke. Poor attitudes and ripoff practices gives you a zero.

This is such a nice dental office. From my 1st phone call, John at the front desk was super helpfuI insurance and medical information was emailed to me right away. I had my teeth cleaned, the hygienist was very friendly and did a thorough job cleaning me teeth and taking my xrays. DR. Cibele Raimondo is the kindest most gentle dentist I have ever had. She explains what she is doing and reviewed my xrays, pointing out her concerns .
We discussed my treatment plan and her suggestions were sensible and she talked to me about ways to save on my dental problems. I live an hour away from her office and it's worth the drive. The dental office is very clean and small ( not a big corporate setting) and it's just right for the personal attention that I enjoy when going for a dental visit or any medical appointments. Bravo 👏 to Dr Cibele Raimondo and her wonderful staff.
