I had a horrible experience at this orthodontist. I have left a review last week however it was removed. If this post is removed I will go to the better business bureau. Dr. Kovach currently provides orthodontic services to my daughter. She has braces and Dr. Kovach stated he would pull out 2 healthy teeth to make space so that her teeth would align properly.

I had no issue with that however my child has a peg tooth on the side and I preferred for that tooth and the opposite tooth to be removed instead. I attempted to discuss this with Dr. Kovach and he was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. He initially seemed agitated that he had to come to the waiting area. He came out and immediately relayed the same message the assistant provided. When I attempted to discuss my concerns he disregarded my concerns by placing his hand in my face with his fingers spread out. he began to speak over me.

I asked that he showed the same respect I was providing and he stated he refuse to make any changes or listen to my concerns. He stated My daughter has Medicaid and if I was unsatisfied with his decision he would leave the teeth there and she would walk around with a pushed out smile. The need to boldly state my daughter is a Medicaid recipient which I’m well aware of in the front office was disgusting way to attempt to put down a family. He was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant. The front office and assisting staff has always been amazing. If you are a Medicaid recipient I would not suggest this office

Great orthodontist! Every single employee there is very nice, from the orthodontist to the hygienist, and they know what they are doing. Always have pice of mind with them because they are so confident and knowledgeable in what they do.

Excellent service and definitely affordable. I had my daughter get her invisible braces done abroad and was looking for an orthodontics to follow up on the process. Found one that would charge more than 5k, but here, with slightly different add ons, it's less than 3k in almost half the time. It was a no-brainer since the customer service was great and professional.

I received a text stating to arrive a couple minutes early at 11:10. So (at 12:38) , I did was told by the other dentistry that they were out to lunch. Appointment was at 1:10. No one was at the desk. I waited until 1:15 then left. They called 12 minutes after the appointment to ask if I was on the way. Unprofessional and not on time.
