Place was clean and the staff was friendly. My issue was they called at 730pm the night before my appointment asking me what medications and shots I could or couldn't have. Im a heart failure patients and some meds i can't have. Well 730 the night before my app isn't the best time to call imhop. Then to be like what did the surgeon give you? Like I know. Maybe call them? They began a cleaning on my teeth the first day I was there and didn't finish saying my blood thinners were causing too much bleeding. Yet I paid the full price of that quadrant. They were suppsed to call my cardiologist to get clearance about going off my blood thinner for a cleaning and never did. So I skipped the app. Now.
. . . I think they are sending me some sort of bill for that missed app. You can literally kill me with the wrong meds I sure hope anyone in my situation would not show up for that cleaning. Additionally the bill has no description of the services the payment is for. The last we discussed. They were gonna call my oral surgeon and then get back to me about my cleaning. They never called me back. So idk what they are even sending a bill for.
I hope it's not for the appointment they weren't prepared for. If you want to be paid send me a receipt that reflects the service you provided. I feel you canceled on me by never calling me back. So u owe me for missing an app. That'll be 17. 50 please. Foh.
