I have never written a review for anything before, but the experience I had at this place was beyond disheartening. The first time I came here, they gave me X-rays and told me that my plaque was so bad under my gums that they would have to give me a numbing shot and do a “deep cleaning” that needs to be approved by my insurance first. I’ve never had a dentist tell me this before (I take very good care of my teeth), but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it had been a while since my last cleaning. My insurance denied the deep cleaning and when I went back for my regular cleaning they kept pestering me to contact my insurance because I really needed a deep cleaning. I was starting to feel like they were just trying to get more money out of my insurance, but I let it go. Fast forward to this week, I went back for my 6 month cleaning.

My appointment was at 10 am, I showed up at 9:53 to the door locked, lights off and nobody inside. I checked the hours online, it says they open at 10, which is crazy to me that no one is there prior to my appointment time to open and set up for the day. They finally showed up at 9:58. I sit in the chair for my cleaning which did not even last for 10 minutes. She told me that I have such great hygiene and I left nothing for her to clean. So which is it? Is my plaque so bad that I need a deep cleaning or do I have such good hygiene that I barely needed a regular cleaning? Regardless of how clean my teeth may be, less than 10 minutes for a cleaning is unheard of.

The dr came in to give me an oral exam, and before she even started she was pulled out of the room. The receptionist came back in and told me they no longer accept my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for todays visit. I told her absolutely not, that was her responsibility to check that information BEFORE my appointment, not after I already had my cleaning done. I will say the receptionist was very nice and told me it’s not my fault and that it’s okay and I don’t have to pay. I’m glad she made right on her mistake, but overall this place is so unprofessional, I’m not sure how they’re even still in business.

Dr. Geeta Choudhary, DDS is the real BEST dentist and all her STAFF are so GREAT too! She accepted me as an emergency patient, she solved my dental problem - very professionally done! I am now pain free and I highly recommend her practice!

After three dentists, this is the first dentist that I have found for my kid that preforms consistently exemplary. For the last 5 years I have been coming to Smile Line Dentistry, the receptionist is always bright with a smile on her face and a quick response to any questions, and booking appointments are no struggle. When it comes to dental procedures, staff present are professional and prompt with every situation presented to them. Dr. Choudhary has taken care of all of my son’s needs, from routine cleaning to emergency root canals.

Overall a wonderful experience where every need is specifically addressed and painlessly resolved. Will look forward to continuing services. Thank you Dr Choudhary and Cathy the sweet receptionist.

I had such a great experience at my new dentist’s office. Kathy at the front office is kind, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. She answered all my questions with a smile and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. The cleaning itself was excellent and I left feeling really well cared for. I’m so glad I found this place!
