You guys need some professionalism in there. Specially, for lady who came to explain what we need to do after the dentist. I don't know her name: the one who looks like a man. She literally insults my wife and myself by saying that ". . . after we done you will start cleaning your teeth like normal people.

" And she kept aggressive for any little question or details we would like to know. I don't think she needs to be there. The dentist is more appropriate to explain this kind of stuff. She doesn't even know what she is about that why she is maiden. For a very 1st visit, I'm so desapointed. Worst place for teeth cleaning I have been.

Customer Based

Wish I read the reviews before my first appointment visit! Money hungry. I went in for an extraction of back chipped tooth and willing to pay whatever. When I got there I filled out forms, paid $60 copay, got sprayed down (COVID-style) but the emphasis was on my insurance! It’s seems to be all they want to serve.

Urgent care is out of the question. However, I received a bill for $120 for Xrays and $120 Comprehensive Evaluation. That's $240 Total And I NEVER GOT MY TOOTH EXTRACTION!!! I feel this place is a complete RIP-OFF!!!

I called Damc-Dental & Medical Resource in Jonesboro Ga trying to make an appointment as a new patient and I can not believe how unprofessional this place really is. The representative was asking me for my social security number so they can bill me and I haven't even visited the Dental office yet. Remind you I was calling to set up a new patient appointment so why was the representative asking me for my social security number to bill me. I asked her why are you asking me to provide you with my social security number to bill me when I haven't even visited your office? She stated that they need the social security number to bill patients after service. I said I understand but I can provide my social security number when I get their and see the Dentist not beforehand? She frustratedly said yes you can as if she was angry that I didn't give her my social security number right then and there over the phone. The representative was unable to explain the new patient process and procedures properly. I had to ask soooooo many pertinent questions in order to obtain somewhat of an understanding of what she was trying to convey to me. After spending sooooo much time on the phone getting no where, I asked if there was another representative I could speak to that is able to provide a clear understanding of how I sign up as a new patient to get my teeth cleaned as well as a tooth repair? The general manager got on the phone and said in a very HARSH AGGRESSIVE tone that it's to much time being spent on the phone talking told me and the previous representative need to get off of the phone so she can get back to doing what she was previously doing. The representative went on to say they have way to many patients that they have to tend to and they can not stay on the phone talking to me.

My mouth dropped to the floor. I couldn't believe what the manager just said to me. Then they hung up in my face. I politely called back asking for the owner of the Dental practice phone number or email address so that I can make them aware of how they are running their practice and immediately the representative began to talk extremely aggressively and very loud saying I do not care what you email or what you tell the owner because I am the co owner. Then she stated you can email a book for all the managers to read for all I care. Then she said I can not help you can't understand clearly. I was blown away at the things that was being said to me. I just couldn't believe what my ears was hearing and how unprofessional the representatives were speaking to me. I can only imagine how the service would have been if I actually would have went to the dental appointment.

I can not understand how this Dental office is still open or have patients. They are extremely rude and VERY unprofessional. Thank goodness I cancelled my appointment. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

I started using this dentist approximately 1 1/2 years ago. Shortly after I started, there was a major change and the staff that I knew no longer existed. There has been constant problems every since. From appointments not be scheduled correctly, to the dentist almost pulling the wrong tooth to rude dentist and front counter representatives or them attempting to bill my insurance company for services that have not been provided. It’s just been issue after issue with this place.

I’ve finally decided no matter how much trouble it may be I will find a more professional dental office to get my family and I’s services from. If you have decent health care do your research and find a facility that knows what they are doing and appear to like their job. This place can’t be taken serious.
