Shes one of the best dentist I’ve had, shes making sure you properly taking care of . She’s so professional . Also her secretary or the one on the desk , i forgot her name but she is so accommodating with all my concern with the scheduling and also she’s friendly .

Dr. Coggin truly exemplifies the highest standards of ethics in her practice, and it’s something that doesn’t go unnoticed. Visiting the dentist isn’t always something people look forward to, but she has a remarkable ability to ease anxiety and make patients feel comfortable and welcomed in the dental environment. She takes the time to go at your pace, never making you feel rushed, and it’s clear she values each individual’s experience. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with her, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—my smile has never looked better.

Dr. Coggin deeply cares for her patients, and I’ve seen this firsthand through her responsiveness, even when the office is closed. After years of being under her care, I trust no one else with my dental health. I’m so committed to her practice that I’m willing to drive over an hour just to continue receiving the exceptional care she provides.

There is no way this place can be making customers happy. I cannot believe how poor the quality of service and professionalism is at this place. I have had two horrible experiences with myself and my son and my wife had the same experience today. Yes shame on us for going back here but we have had these appointments booked for over a month now and our insurance needs a month notice when switching and we wanted to be seen. I walked into the dentist office for my son’s appointment last month and the man working the computer was screaming at an older lady who was very upset about her visit. He knew if he yelled at her it would scare her and make her shut up. Unfortunately that’s exactly what the lady did. She left in tears. I then walked up and said I was here for my sons appointment. They took him back after about 20 mins and said he was only getting a cleaning today. A half hour goes by… an hour goes by…I have not heard or seen my son yet. I ask the man at the counter if everything was ok and if he could give me an update on my sons cleaning.

10 more minutes go by and an assistant comes from the back to tell me I’m sorry we did X-rays and then the dentist had to see another patient. I said so for an hour and a half he has been sitting here and no one was going to tell me ? Also he didn’t get his cleaning ? They said no sorry but he is next . Not exaggerating another 40 minutes or so goes by and he’s still not back. I asked again if has been seen and was told no. I then said to please go and get him as we are not waiting anymore. The man said well you can reschedule if you would like because we are still billing for an x ray and a cleaning. I was furious and left. I called to talk to the dentist the next day and cancel my wife’s and other son’s appointment and she assured me it was a mistake, they were busy, and it wouldn’t happen again. Fast forward to roast and it only got worse …. as my wife walked in they didn’t even have my son’s appointment in the computer even though they sent several text message reminders. They quickly cleaned his teeth anyways and said it was time for my wife’s teeth and would be right back. An entire hour went by with her sitting in the dentist chair and our 3 year old on the chair next to her waiting patiently and no one came in.

She finally yelled for a nurse who came in and said sorry she had to see another patient but willl come back in an hour . She literally has now been in the chair for an hour and they wanted her to wait another hour to have a cleaning. If she didn’t speak up who knows how long she would have sat there. She got up and walked out. When she asked the rude man in front of the office what happened and why does this keep happening he said I don’t know, what would you like me to say, I’m not going to go bother the dentist. We probably booked to many people. If you want to get a new dentist, we can send the X-rays over to them. Also this was my sons first dentist visit ( 3yrs old) and they didn’t even give him a toothbrush or anything to walk away with. This place is an absolute nightmare , run far way from it .

I strongly advise against this dental center. I initially came here for fillings, only to later find out—after seeing a different dentist—that they were poorly done and had to be redone, costing me even more. I was also told I had cavities that, it turns out, didn’t exist. It feels like I was scammed both financially and medically.

To make matters worse, I was recently charged a cancellation fee for an appointment I had already canceled in advance. This clinic lacks integrity and transparency. Be cautious before trusting them with your dental care.
