He’s an excellent orthodontist who’s also kind, approachable, and genuinely passionate about patient care. His new practice is a reflection of the thought and dedication he brings to every case. I’ve been friends with Samim since high school, and one thing that’s never changed about him is how he makes every conversation memorable and meaningful. When he opened Smile Society Orthodontics in Wicker Park, I wasn’t surprised at all - the location perfectly matches his authentic, creative personality. What really impressed me during my visit was how he explains everything in a way that makes you genuinely interested in learning about orthodontics.

He never makes you feel dumb for asking questions; instead, he gets excited about teaching and sharing his knowledge, which is exactly the same energy he’s always had. The whole experience at his practice feels like visiting a friend rather than going to a medical appointment. Heather and the team have that same welcoming energy, and you can tell they all genuinely care about making each patient’s experience positive.

Whether you’re nervous about treatment or just curious about your options, Samim has this way of connecting with people that puts you at ease while still providing expert care. If you want orthodontic treatment from someone who’ll make the journey memorable for all the right reasons, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommeded

Dr. Samim Taraji at Smile Society is incredibly professional and kind. He made me feel completely comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to send any of my friends or family to him. The office is absolutely beautiful. It’s honestly one of the most thoughtfully designed spaces I’ve ever seen in healthcare. You can tell how much pride he takes in every detail of the environment, and that same level of care shows in the way he treats his patients. Heather is also wonderful.

She’s warm, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and trustworthy. She’s a huge part of what makes the office feel so welcoming. You can tell she really cares. It’s a rare thing to find this combination of skill, kindness, and atmosphere. I’m genuinely impressed.

I was impressed from the moment I walked into Smile Society. Heather is so helpful with answering my questions, scheduling appointments and helping me with all my questions. The technology is outstanding and it’s a very beautiful, clean and organized space. I can’t say enough about Dr Taraji.

He is so knowledgeable and kind hearted. I was made to feel so welcome and involved in my treatment plan. I have no doubt in my mind I am in the right place and I will have the most amazing smile!
