We have been patients for the past 12 years (at least) after I was squeezed in for an emergency visit once and won't go anywhere else. My kids (9 and 8 years old) absolutely love Dr. Nickens and enjoy going to the dentist even after my oldest fell and had to have 2 teeth removed when he was 4 years old. I reccomend Smile Designs every chance I get.

We have only high praise for Dr. Nickens and the staff of Smile Designs of Lititz ! The routine dental care we receive is provided in a professional but relaxed, patient focused setting at competitive cost. Hygienist Justina is knowledgeable, gentle and thorough.
From recent experiences scheduling appointments through Krista , we had peace of mind knowing if an unexpected dental problem occurs we will have access to high quality and compassionate care.

Dr. Nickens and staff has been a god send to me for my Dental issues since the last place cost me a few teeth after botched root canals not to mention lots of pain and agony . Could not be more thankful for his expertise and services . When he retires I will be getting false teeth 😎
