Dr. Feeney is great. I avoided the dentist for a long time in my 20's and Dr. Feeney put me at ease. His office is a no judgment zone. He goes out of his way to be caring and helpful. I have gone to him for almost twenty years now and I could not be more happy and pleased with the care he provides. I can't say enough about Dr. Feeney.

I wanted to start out by saying that I read the 13 reviews published on here before I went to Dr. Feeney. I also mentioned these reviews and my apprehension to Michelle, Dr. Feeney's assistant/hygienist. I flat out told her if things started to go south, I was going to leave. I had a tooth on my bottom left side of my mouth that sent sharp pain through my whole body when I bit down on some bacon one day. No one likes dentists, but they should. I don't work for this office and am not being paid in any way to say this. I want to present an honest experience of my interactions with Dr. Feeney. I was thinking he would just extract the naughty tooth and be done with it. He chose a different course of action.
I don't like needles in my mouth and dental tools. He handled the paperwork and insurance issues to intensely descale and clean my teeth. They took many xrays and decided on a plan of action after consulting me. He has availed himself and his office to questions over the course of the last few months with unending care and candor. He has called back to make sure a cavity I had filled was settling ok. He is very professional and knowledgeable. A person's individual medical issue is subjective and it serves to logic one patient may have different experiences with him over another patient. People have the option of filing complaints with the board of medical licensure or their insurance company. I do not wish to do any of that sort. He has been a dentist for a long time and knows what he is doing. He served his country honorably in the Navy in the medical department. I have never had a dentist call me after a procedure.
I am having an issue not related to anything he did and he is doing what he can to help with with it. Outside of business hours. All of this taken together should dissuade others who would read the negative reviews below. No one wants to go to a dentist who would "butcher their mouth" but that has NOT been my experience. Dr. Feeney and his assistant have been nothing but professional and kind. I would recommend this office and will be taking our 2 year old there for his first visit soon. I have done a few reviews on Google and try to be really honest and detailed. I have no problem giving bad reviews when the business deserves it and feel the same about if a business does a good job.

He said he could do my root canal which needed immediate attention, but I couldn't get in for a month. I came in for my appointment to be told that he couldn't do it after waiting a month when he said he could. I then asked about some small fillings, said he couldn't do it but didn't disclose why. Wasted my time and my poor tooth has a small window before it has to get pulled.
Also if you have anxiety and need nitrous they don't have it, which of course he didn't tell me until my appointment. Unprofessional, uncaring and uninformative. Bottom line: don't waste your time and money on this dentist!!!
