I never write reviews, but this time it was a must. My experience at Smile Design Miami was absolutely amazing from the very first moment I walked into the office. The front staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly kind. I was a bit nervous going in, as I had visited nearly every dental clinic in Miami trying to get my procedure done. Although many of them claimed to have the patient's best interests at heart, none truly listened to my concerns.

I often felt like just another transaction rather than an actual patient. That was not the case at Smile Design Miami. Every member of the team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about what’s best for the patient—while still taking the time to listen and find ways to accommodate your individual needs. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting actual professionals who clearly care about dental health and value you as a patient. I want to give a huge shoutout to Dr.

Becerra, manager Sabrina, and the entire team of doctors and staff who made my wishes come true—especially after so many other places failed to listen or meet my needs. Wow I was actually there when the last review happened I can testify that all I saw from the doctor and her staff was kindness and good service. I saw how he was treating the staff and what I heard was him screaming that he had been waiting for an hour.

Realistically in any medical office you are expected to wait, from my personal experience I would recommend this office 100% the staff is kind and the results are amazing.

Please everyone, do not listen to some of the negative reviews! When I tell you that this staff is truly truly professional, I truly mean it! These dentist gave me and my husband’s confidence back and they also ensured us if any issues to not hesitate to call and they will take care of us. They even called me when I came back home to check up and that shows that they truly care about their patients.

Dental Design Smiles Miami is by far the best and I am sure New Jersey location is great as well.
