Idk why the reviews are bad? Ever since I enrolled myself here to get my regular checkups, I’ve always had great experiences. The receptionist is always nice. All the other workers are great too.

Stop wasting your time here! We are so angry! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!! The first time I went to make an appointment as a new patient , it was CLOSED after arriving ( my appointment was that date) and it took a long time to call and ask before I got the news for the next appointment! When the first time was done, both the doctor and the front desk confirmed our second appointment time and then we left, but when we came here for the second time, they said I didn't have an appointment! ! ! Really infuriating! This is the worst clinic on earth!!! -100000 STARS!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH. I would give -100 star if I could. I was a patient there and they sent me to get my 2 root canal done at a specialist. After getting it done I was supposed to come back to this office to get a permanent fill in. And it’s recommended to get it fill in within the first 6 weeks. The 1st one went smoothly. Then after my second root canal I was scheduled to come in again for the second fill. And my appointment keep being push back.
They schedule me in as a new patient which was wrong so it got cancel. Then schedule me again for a cleaning. When clearly every time I state what I need done. That’s not all, I was then schedule again. Drove there 40 min and the office was close on my date of appointment without any notice. Then they keep scheduling me again. And cancel and again. It has been 2 and a half month. I was supposed to finally get my appointment on the 19th of July 2022 for that fill in.
But again cancel. The best they can do it make a new appointment for me to to come in for another exam!!! Not even a fill in appointment. And when I ask for schedule they said the next 3 weeks is booked. And they have no schedule for August yet. I kept waiting because I need this done so bad I did not want to change my provider this time. But I should have. DONT EVER GO HERE

Disgusting service. They cancelled 4 of my appointments in a row. So took over 4 month to be seen once and even then I had an appointment and I was taken in almost an hour later than my appointment time. Standard Excuse for canceling appointments is “Dr. has emergency” Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself.
