For any reason, do not undergo orthodontic treatment at this place. After more than two and a half years of having my daughter in treatment that started when she was 16, her braces were removed. We followed exactly all the recommendations from this place regarding the use of retainers, clarifying that the instruction was to wear them only at night. Less than six months later, her lower teeth became crooked again.

The explanation from the assistant at this place was that she had not used the retainers, which is absolutely false. They gave incorrect instructions so that the treatment would not work, or were negligent, and then charged us an additional $1400 for new treatment on the lower teeth, despite having paid several thousand dollars for the initial complete treatment. What they did constitutes dental malpractice, and according to legal consultations, we can take legal action against this establishment for dental malpractice. A letter was sent requesting an explanation and a reevaluation of the case, but we never received a response.

This is not correct in any aspect; it is simply a way to extract more money from the patient, completely absurd. Do not engage with this establishment.

My biggest problem i had at this office, a few speak English and their goal is to get more money out of u. Let me explain, From day one I had a problem with making the appointments 4weeks out, I told them because of my work schedule that doesn't work well for me, I will call u guys ard the 4weeks, to book my daughters appointment. They really don't want that because they want to charge u the late fee of the $25 when u miss ur appointment. However. it was working well for some months with me texting for her appointment appt until 1 day I decided to stay in the car and my daughter went in came out in about 15min, (yes they are fast) I get a text confirming an appointment for 4weeks n my daughter tells me they made her make the appointment. I go inside to tell the lady can u please cancel the appointment I will call 4 weeks, she claims something about the system but says ok I left. . 2 more months went by it was cool because again I went in the office with my daughter until last week. . My daughter goes in by herself took about 15min and we leave, I get home and get a text from a different number confirming my appointment, I immediately call the number and I tell the lady please cancel the appointment I always call in. She didn't speak Good English and told me text the appointment line number she can't change. I texted the number I usually make the appointment on and no one answers. I text, hello I just left with my daughter and I never mk appointments bcuz i call in every 4weeks, can u plz cancel. I waited maybe abt 10min and called the office their closed so I called the number. At this point im pissed because why should it take all of this to cancel an appointment and why a note wasn't put in the system not to make an appointment, parent will call in 4/5weeks.

Ok someone picks up. I say I'm calling about my daughter N I say her name. . . . . . . . . . I said, I just left there n was n my car and I never make appointments and my daughter was pressured to make an appointment can u cancel the appointment. . while I'm talking, a text come in from the text line,saying yes,we see the appointment was made we will cancel it. .

ok I did 4get to mention when the lady picked up the phone I heard a baby so I did say it sounds like your home and not in the office. I think that rubbed her wrong from jump. So she starts yelling telling me this behavior is not gonna be tolerated and you will be terminated effective immediately from this office. . Im like excuse me she's like yes I am the office manager and you will be terminated and a certified letter will be mailed. That's why I'm here, my daughter has 2 months left on her braces. This could of been avoided if the proper communication with the staff. . I'm not sure why when I went in the office they knew not to make an appointment because I was calling in but as soon as my daughter went in without me it was different. Besides this issue the lady that my daughter saw often their was nice. Again minimal English, however we made it work. My daughter had her braces on for about 2 years and if definitely was a change.

I had an excellent experience at Smiles Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and welcoming. The office is clean, modern, and runs efficiently. I never had to wait long for my appointments. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan, which really put me at ease.
