I enjoyed my visits to the Smile Center Dentisry office. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Dentist aides were friendly and helpful, and the Dentist was understanding as to what I wanted taken care of, and without any residency, went right in and resolved my issues. I have referred other individuals of my Dentist and location if services are needed.

I wouldn't even give this place one star and google doesn't have a 0 , but unfortunately, it deserves it. First off, the level of hygiene is concerning. It's obvious that they don’t clean thoroughly. The doctor, despite the office being called Smile Centers, never smiles and creates an unfriendly atmosphere that makes you feel unwelcome. Additionally, I was shocked to find that some of the staff cleaning teeth are still in school to become dental hygienists. This seems both unprofessional and possibly illegal, as they're not licensed to practice yet. When I asked some of the newer staff members, they mentioned they were either applying to dental school or were doctors in India, but still not licensed here. I also noticed disturbing hygiene practices. They reused a red holder for x-rays that had already been used on another patient without properly sterilizing it—just a quick wipe, and then attempted to use it on my family.

It was really unsanitary. The doctor is always in a rush, and they make you wait around for 20 minutes before she even shows up. She seems to care more about rushing through appointments than actually providing quality care. This rushed approach is reflected in the staff who are cleaning your teeth. They’re more focused on getting through as many patients as possible than on doing a good job. I highly discourage anyone from coming here unless you want to leave with your teeth looking worse than when you arrived. The lack of professionalism and hygiene makes it impossible to recommend this place. Dear Smile Centers Management, Thank you for your reply.
