I have had the pleasure of interning and being dental patient at the Smile Center. Doctor Battaluri and staff are always so welcoming and kind. During my intern time I found all the staff members to be very patient and professional as I was still learning a lot.
I’ve had my dental appointments there and I’ve found the appointments to be very efficient and I did not feel uncomfortable throughout the checkup. The space is very organized and clean. Highly recommend Smile Center for all your dental needs!

Dr. Battaluri and her staff are fantastic! I've been going to her for a little over a year. I'm generally dentist-phobic and put visits off because of past poor experiences with other dentists. I had several teeth needing help (4 crowns and 2 cavities).
Their work has been exemplary every time & painless!! Scheduling is flexible and staff very accomodating. I recommend them completely. Feel very lucky to have found them.

No transparency. I needed a root canal, spoke to the people at the front desk to confirm 3 different times that my insurance would cover the cost, all 3 times I got a "yes" I show up for my appointment and was told that I would need to pay $1000 up front in order to even start the appointment. I wanted to apply for Care Credit as they have brochures on the front desk counter and was told that they just switched systems and can't take care credit right now but that I could pay $600 instead of the $1000.
I'm not sure what other dentist's office haggles on the price the customer needs to pay, or asks the customer "you don't have even have $600 my dear?" This was a horrible experience that left me feeling like all they wanted from me was money.

This clinic recently moved into where my former dental provider was and I have had a great experience with the new providers. My cleanings are efficient and thorough. This is a great place to try if you need a local provider.
