I saw Dr. Miceli a week ago and had a great experience. She was patient, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my anxieties, created a treatment plan that made it feel easy to proceed with my care, and never made me feel like the amount of work that needed to be done was out of the ordinary. The staff was equally calm, patient and caring.
The dental assistant was the absolute sweetest and most empathetic person I've encountered in a dental office. I really appreciated that during my visit, the front office verified my insurance and put together a treatment plan with insurance considered so I knew exactly what the total treatment plan would cost and what my contributions would be. I'm not necessarily looking forward to having cavities filled in the coming weeks, but I feel confident that I'm in good hands! Highly recommend the practice to others looking for excellent care.

***** extra stars .I am petrified of dental office but I came in with a pt and I saw how gentle , amazing patient care ,professional front receptionist (Tina). (Fanny)Manager was very welcoming and knowledgeable..I would definitely recommend this office. Unfortunately they don’t take my insurance but what I saw it left me definitely impressed

Half a star worst dentist ever. Terrible cleaning and the dentist couldn't repair a filling in my front tooth, I had to go back 4 times and still it didn't stay it kept falling back out. The original filling stayed in for years so no excuse. Finally they said we cant do it we will just refund your copay.
Hopefully they refunded my insurance as well. Front desk earns them one star since they were so sweet but this dentist is inexperienced, don't waste your time.

It's a shame the husband/wife had to join up with these two other dentist. My first time at the new location was to have my filling repaired. The first available appointment was a week later that my filling cracked. I'm so glad I wasn't in a lot of pain.
Let's skip a head to my cleaning appointment was changed 3x without my consent. When I had to reschedule for my cleaning "I was told we'll wave cancelation fee" I'm like are you going to compensate me for the 3x times you changed my appointment? Now for the reschedule appointment they tried to change it again!!! After this appointment I will be changing dentist and filing a complaint with my insurance company. I'm guessing Doctors forget where their paychecks come from.
