Dr. Shakoori and her team are always on their game and I always enjoy visiting their practice. They are consistently friendly and genuinely concerned about my dental health. I also appreciate that the hygienist is willing to give me honest feedback on how I'm doing with my brushing and flossing.

Dr. Shakoori is the best!! I've been a patient of hers for several years, her and her staff are truly amazing. She takes care of me and my family, and even a few of my friends. Such an excellent quality and continuity of care. Her work is remarkable, and she has such a gentle bedside manner, making you feel extremely comfortable in the chair. Also, Brenda the hygeinest is awesome too!!

I used to enjoy coming here because the dental hygienist and dentist are both incredibly kind, informative, and do an excellent job. However, my experience has been consistently affected by the reception staff. Every time I call, I’m met with attitude and a noticeable lack of customer service skills.
Receptionists are the first point of contact and should be friendly and welcoming—it’s disappointing that this isn’t the case here. A little kindness goes a long way.
