This orthodontic practice has to be one of the best I’ve ever visited in my life, no joke! They take care of parents and patients alike. Today, I failed to properly charge my laptop and what do you know, even though they have a charging station for all to utilize, it wasn’t working for my laptop due to organizational settings on the device. One of the kindest staff members came out of her office pulling out multiple cords and when none of those worked, pulled out her own personal laptop cord, and allowed me to use it during my time there! I was even encouraged to take my meeting from the patient waiting room as my teenage patient, who is scared of everything as she has major anxiety issues, waited for me for about 30 extra minutes.

While I was working in that meeting today my girl was seen standing with the front desk young lady (who I don’t embarrass her by name) just giggling, carrying on and having a grand time. Simply amazing that she would take that much time out of her workday to engage my bored out of there mind teenager. Finally, for this anxiety ridden teenager to walk in by herself, be seen by herself, answer questions by herself, basically do everything herself is a major win! It’s all due to the kind, fun, entertaining and best all around staff (providers included) a facility could possibly employ! Everyone feels welcome all of the time here.

Providers always asking independent teenagers (as well as younger children as I can overhear) repeatedly are they OK & how can they help? I just can’t say enough good things about this organization - both locations! So, if you’re looking for a place, look no more and don’t shop around. Just stop here. !

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor. They made my daughter feel very comfortable. The doctor provided an in depth analysis and explained potential options for care. At the same time he provided a clear recommendation. He was also very patient and did not mind many questions I had. I very much recommend this practice
