I’m going to give my honest opinion and give my pros and cons on this facility. I have been seeking for a specialist to get implants for over four years. I’m gonna give you the pros first on this office. After years of seeking, I came to this office and was extremely excited because I finally felt hope. You walking into a facility to see nothing but before and after pictures all over the Office wall. Before speaking to someone, I felt overjoyed and started crying because I finally felt hope. The office was quick to give me a quote and give me all the details on getting my surgery done and also assure me that they can have it done. This gave me so much hope after so many years of seeking. Audrey gave me a quote and a folder and explained to me in details of what was going to happen. Now I got my temporary implant and I can say that they did a great work because I feel that they are my natural teeth Now my cons If you’re expecting a warm greeting, this is not your office. Everyone in the office is quick to get your money and in and out of the office. Only one phone call on how your improving, when you do GET THAT ONE PHONE it’s very dry and quick to hang up the phone. Now After getting a quote, they guide you to a financial advisor that charges you And outrageous interest. Example if your surgery cost.

20,000 and you take a loan of 20,000 your interest is an additional 20,000. I know this isn’t the office fault but the fact that it was the only option I had was crazy. The office has a website in Facebook and they were promoting a coupon. I addressed it to the financial advisor “ Audrey” and they were not able to honor it for whatever reason after me already gave over $25,000 in cash to them. They couldn’t simply knock the coupon of $2,000 The day of my surgery I was a nervous wreck but according to them my surgery kept getting push back so many time. Now did day of your surgery you are not allowed to have any water or any food the night before. My surgery was supposed to be at 12. I didn’t get my surgery done till almost 3 PM. Everything felt so rushed and so cold. I felt that everyone was running late and rushing to clock out of work. They were so busy that the surgeon didn’t even get to speak to me or talk to me before he started his procedure. Til this day that Doctor Who did the surgery on my mouth, has not called to check up on me or spoke to me before or after the surgery. When the surgery ended, we got instructions and they supplied us with one face ice mask. My husband asked if he can have a spare one because he can clearly see Blood on it.

But Audrey said no, they were low on supplies the next day we call again and no. After a few days later, we went to the office and asked if we can please get another o ice mask that I was given was covered in blood and I had to keep using it. They refused to give me another one because they didn’t have any in stock. Remind you The surgery that you pay for isn’t cheap. We are talking over $40,000 of getting my dental implants and they couldn’t give me a sphere ice mask. When it comes to check up you can except your appointment getting change bc of whatever issue the doctor is facing. Now I am In phase 2 when I have to pay the remaining balance and start putting my permanent implant. I call the office and explain my personal issue and I needed a few month to pay the remaining balance. And after months past not one phone call to check up on you. The only reason I am writing this review is because I have spent years and money on going to different type of specialist and I finally have hope. And I expected this office to be warm, greeting, and warm hearted and friendly, but I didn’t get that. So before coming to this office, just expect a cold reading and not a family oriented dental office. It’s more of a business and strictly that

Don't go to the Monroe store on the apple guard. Unless you want to get ripped off, they kept my deposit. I canceled my appointment because they wanted the full price of of the implants up front before they even started on me. So I canceled, and they kept my my deposit and will not give it back. So I have to get a lawyer which I did don't go there.

Thank you Smart Arches not only the staff but of course Dr. K for their thorough and curtiest perfessionalism. They kept be at complete ease and comfortable throughout the whole process. I was left with no pain after the procedure was done. If you are looking for a great dentist, I would highly suggest them.
