This place is pretty good everyone is very nice and professional. I went in for a root canal so far everything seems to be going well I didn't feel any pain while getting my root canal done which was one of my main concerns feeling pain. The staff is awesome and the Doctor is very caring and knowledgeable of his profession.

Worst place I've been to , First the girls doing the X-rays and photos were great . .

. the dentist on the other hand literally laughed about me having periodontal disease , wanted to give me all root canals for even dead teeth , I knew more about my teeth and i was humiliated for it , i left not receiving any treatment because they try forcing things you don't want and dont offer anything affordable to anyone on a budget.

I don't have 30,000 to root canal what teeth I have left nor would I want to do that when dentures are way more affordable and reasonable since genetically i have periodontal disease , This appointment wasted time and i left still in pain because they probe your mouth and mess with exposed nerves if you have them; my advice go somewhere else , anywhere else for that matter because they are willing to humiliate you and try to drain your pockets of money you dont have, id rather go to someone that cares that I'm in pain and wants to help me. feel better about my smile, not someone that makes jokes on your behalf when its a serious issue!

This dental office was a really bad experience giving me a price and upon arrival it was a totally different price. The manager has a really bad attitude with clients signaling me to leave if I didn’t like it. Also got mad when asking about the price change.

My elderly mother was seen here last week for a cracked veneer. They scheduled her for a root canal two weeks later at 1pm. I am on FMLA and like to be courteous with my employer when requesting time off. The day before the appointment I received texts asking if I would reschedule my appointment to an earlier time. After work, I called them back to let them know I had to check my schedule and I would get back to them. Would that be ok or would they be closed. The person in the other end says its a 24 hour phone line so it’s fine to call back after hours. Around 530 I get a text asking me to confirm the earlier appointment. I never agreed to that and was alarmed.

I requested FMLA PTO For a certain time so I really could not make that. I called the phone number and a Vicky answers and says she is the office manager. I begin to tell the story and she interrupts me and says the original time has already been filled. She can do nothing about it. I tell her you’re the office manager you can call the patient YOUR SELF say your staff gave my mother’s appointment away in error… because surely they just got their appointment today. There was an appointment already set with another patient. Vicky then states she will not do that because she didn’t make the appointment. I tell her, but YOU’RE the office manager. You CAN make those decisions and you CAN TAKE those actions.

SHE tells me if I don’t like it, she will cancel all of my appointments and that’ll be that. I tell her cancel them and I hang up. I just cannot believe this. It is my belief that this Vicky person is related in someway to the owners of this establishment due the manner in which she spoke to me as if almost entitled. I will be calling Absolute Dental tomorrow and replying to this post to let you know how they treat new patients…. . UNBELIEVABLY Very bad office management.
