Had to have root canal and other done for three teeth. All the years of dentists and work done on my teeth, by far, Dr Cho is the absolute best. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Absolutely the best dental office and environment I have ever experienced.

She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth—she pulled my insurance info quickly and explained everything clearly. She truly set the tone for the visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and takes pride in what she does. She’s professional, friendly, and just really good at making people feel at ease. Stephanie was just as pleasant—cheerful and helpful, making the front desk a bright and inviting place.

Both Nikki and Stephanie made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. Rachelle, the hygienist, was fantastic. She’s super friendly and easy to talk to—we ended up chatting about pets, which helped calm any nerves. What I appreciated most was how she explained every step of the cleaning process before doing anything. No surprises, just clear, thorough, and gentle care. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Then I met Dr.

Cho, and I was equally impressed. It was my first time meeting him, but he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. He’s very personable, took his time to explain everything in detail, and made sure all my questions were answered. He didn’t rush and made me feel confident and informed about my dental care. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better dental team. They made something I usually dread into a surprisingly pleasant experience.
