I just went for a cleaning this time,but it was simple and comfortable. The hygienist was great and very personable. We moved from San Carlos to North Ft Myers but still want to come here because the staff is so awesome! It’s been quite a pleasant surprise after a corporate dental practice. Thank you!

My hygienist was superb ! However as a physician when I inform everyone I'm in the middle of an invisiline procedure & dont want or need x-rays & because I just had them plus a full scan 6mo . ago I expected that request to be honored. Instead at check out I recieved a bill for an additional 150. 00 over & above the charge for my cleaning of 99. 00.
Quite honestly , I think the charge for the x-rays should be credited back to my card . I've always had a good experience with your office in the past but this incident isnt acceptable. Regards Dr. Craig Fox Ps for the record I didnt expect or ask for professional courtesy or a professional discount but I also didnt expect to be gouged either!
