Very unprofessional office. I made an appointment and explained the situation to the office staff that they neglected to send me the address. They refused to take any responsibility for the situation whatsoever. They told me to come in even though I was running late. I arrived 4 minutes past my arrival time and they refused to assist.

They told me they could see me at 12 and they didn't help at all. They are horrible. I'm going back in and making a formal complaint with the manager.

Incredible staff. Incredible care. Every department from general dentistry to implants run so smooth and professional work. High quality. I've been so many other dentists. My first review. Dentistry does not get better than this place. They have everything right there.

I used to love this place and provided great service. Today I was really disappointed with one staff with pink hair at the front desk. My appointment was at 10:30am and I called her to inform her. She told me as long I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment they will see me. I arrived 3 minutes before the 15 minutes, she told me she needs to reschedule me, and told I was supposed to arrive on time for my appointment. Her attitude was horrible toward me.

She wanted to give me an appointment in a day that did not work for me and decided to give me one for November 26, I told her I have to see my lupus doctor and decide to give me one for January 2025. At that point, I realized she was doing that deliberately and just left because I did not want to go back and forth with her. She was really rude and will never go there. They later sent me text; sorry we missed you at the dentist at Brinton Lake.
