Everyone at Dr Simon’s office was great! I had to have an extensive cleaning done over 4 visits and I saw a different hygienist each time, they were all very kind and did a wonderful job. I had minimal pain and they all made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr Simon checked on me to make sure I was doing well during each visit.

The receptionist was awesome, she was able to accommodate me as my schedule was not very flexible and even calmed my nerves about my upcoming cleanings! If we were not moving, I would have stayed with this office for sure. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Simon is highly skilled, very personable and works as if he is an artist. Normally most people dread going to see the dentist because we know that most of them hurt you. Dr. Simon is very considerate and kind and tries not to hurt anyone.

Simon (+ the new Doctor who joined the practice who’s name is escaping me) and the entire team are incredibly sensitive to patient needs, always ensuring comfort and providing thorough explanations of every procedure. Their attention to detail and personalized approach have made going to the dentist a truly stress-free experience. Especially for someone like me who used to have a fear of dental care. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch service!

I have gotten 2 surprise bills after dental work. When I reached out to understand they had no interest in helping me figure out why my insurance denied. Super disappointing, I don't mind paying a bill, I only want to understand and work through why. The attitude was "sorry for your luck". Won't be returning.
