Recently moved to Raleigh and had been putting off finding a new dentist office since I never particularly liked going to the dentist (shocker), but kind of kicking myself in the leg for not coming here sooner. Entire staff was lovely, from the front office all the way up to Dr. Silvoy. Very helpful and took the time to explain the best practices, and why.

It's the small things that make the difference and they add up to make a huge difference here. Somehow already looking forward to coming back in six months.

This is the most unfriendly and rude front desk receptionist I have ever encountered. It’s a shame because the other staff members are really nice as is the dentist but unfortunately the first person of contact sets the impression for a business. Due to that fact I will not be returning!

This rating is for office experience. Over the years they have been having new staffing continuously changing and they seem to be getting worse. Within 2 months of returning back to the Doctor my experience with the secretary it was very unpleasant. I said this is my last. I cannot go on. I trust the Doctor very well. He is wonderful. The lab tech is wonderful.

I even paid without having insurance to get on the office insurance. Just so I can keep the doctor. Every time you wanted to speak with the Doctor will get some adjustments made to the work they have done on your mouth. It will only take a quick second. The secretary wants to schedule you weeks on out. Even if you explain to her it would only take a quick second. She wants to put you on the schedule book That takes up to days just to be seen for minor concern. She seems to keep trying to get you to cough up more money even if your requesting something else.

Sge continuously nickel and dime you. She doesn't make the clients feel welcome and appreciative . For my money. and the confidence I have for Dr. Silvoy.

Felt compelled to write a Review for SivoyDMD's Dental Office located in Raleigh, NC. Recently I began researching to locate a new dentist office for our family. Out of all of them, Dr. Silvoy's office reached out to me to see if they could answer any questions I may have. I explained I needed a little time to check on my hubby's and family's schedules before making an appointment. Besides this, I asked about my hubby's case, because he is tetminally ill. I wanted to say the team there was very genuinely kind and accommodating.

The staff checked in and stayed on top of trying to assist me and our family. True professionals and super sweet. Our family will be transferring our dental requirements to Dr. Silvoy and team. We are happy with Dr. Silvoy and his sweet team. I highly endorse these pros!
