I SAY go here ! these comments down below is a bit odd and they have weird situations but Ive been coming here since i was a teenager. They are true and honest their word. They work fast and get you in and out ! ASPEN dental is who you should watch out for. Saying I have cavities etc. .

(getting my braces there. Do not go there for that either. lesson learned) when I came to shurrett to get an inspection they didnt find any cavities etc.

Do NOT go here. I repeat do NOT. They lie about how many cavities you have just for the money. They told me I had two cavities on one side of my mouth. When I went for the fill in, they gave me the shot at the back of my cheek, left for like 30 minutes, then came back and started the fill in. The pain was terrible!! So I started waving frantically telling them I could feel everything as if there was no shot.

So they did it again, and it still hurt. Lo and behold after that I have a tooth right next to it that I can’t chew on anymore because it hurts badly. I didn’t go back for a couple years and only did go back because it was one of the only places that would take my insurance at the time. Again they told me I had two more cavities on the opposite side of my mouth. And I told them about the tooth that began to hurt after they filled one in next to it and they told me I have gum recession so the nerves are exposed causing the tooth to be extra sensitive. They scheduled me for a fill in a few months later which luckily I wasn’t able to go to.

And I say luckily because I switched insurance and was finally able to go to a new dentist and they told me I have NO cavities, NO gum recession. This is a shady dentist office. If you want to pay for fake fills in and for someone to make it to where you can’t chew on one side of your mouth anymore then this is the place for you.

I have been coming here since I was a young child and now I am a young adult. The customer service they give is amazing. They are so knowledgeable and they never mind sharing that information to me. I truly enjoy coming to this establishment because they always treat me with kindness and respect. My teeth have been so much better since coming I am BEYOND grateful, thank you!

I put in for PTO from work which is very hard for me to do as it is. I already called 2 months prior and wanted to get an appointment and they couldn't get me in until January the 22nd.

Now they call me the day prior to the appointment to cancel and tell me that they can reschedule me for JANUARY 31ST! I will not be returning to this office and advise that you take your business to a more professional office.
