We recently became patients at Shoe Orthodontics. From the time we entered the building, we felt welcomed. During our consult, Jenn and Dr. Shoe explained the process and treatment for my 14 year old in a way that we both understood.
There was no pressure to sign for treatment, and they understood when I wanted to process what we discussed. The Hanover location is GORGOUS and more importantly, clean. There was no clutter to be seen and even the drink station in the lobby was well maintained. We can't wait to start treatment in a few weeks and get a better and brighter smile for our daughter! We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Shoe Orthodontics!!

Such a smooth and welcoming process! All of the girls who work there to either greet, plan or treat you are wonderful! They were able to get me in quickly for an exam to get a set of replacement retainers and also go over options and finances for re treatment due to some shifting once I’m ready. Could not have asked for a better experience :)
