Most everything was fine. The Dentist was not yet signed up for Delta dental, so she was considered out of network. Delta sent me the check of payment, and I had to make the payment to the office. Other than that, the services were top notch as always.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter at this dental office and inquired about their insurance acceptance since they had referred me to them through our insurance company. After I provided them with pictures of my insurance card, they confirmed that they accepted our insurance. However, upon our arrival, they informed us that they did not accept our insurance, which wasted our time while my daughter experienced tooth pain. Additionally, I noticed that the office seemed empty, and all the employees were gathered in the front office, which made it appear that there weren’t many patients.
This review is solely based on my personal experience with them. My concern is that they may not be able to accurately inform you about their insurance acceptance after receiving copies of your insurance cards. I am not certain that I would or should trust them with our teeth and health.

The hygienist Karen was the absolute best in the profession!!!! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and made me comfortable from the moment I entered the office and lastly, the dentist was very friendly and gentle. I highly recommend this office for your dental health.
