Dr. Gatan and his staff were extremely kind and considerate during my visit. They took extra time to think about my situation and went above and beyond to help me consider all of my options, and to help make the best decision for me on what to do regarding my teeth.

I’m very grateful for their help and thoughtfulness. The office is also very modern and nice looking. Definitely the coolest looking dental office I’ve been to, and the view from the chair was nice too!

Didn't start great but ended very well. When we arrived the receptionist informed us she'd be back, assuming it was a smoke break. 10 minutes later she came back and checked us in. We we're taken back shortly after. Mr. Gatan was very nice and communicated well.

My son's general dentist referred us not knowing if my son needed a Root Canal. I figured they'd tell us 'of course he needs a root canal' and the big bill that goes with it. Instead, integrity prevailed, thankfully, and a less invasive procedure was undertaken. Then even more surprising, I received a partial refund of my insurance deductible. Considering many other poor experiences I've had with other places, I'd recommend this office.

I had written an extensive 850-word review recounting my experience at Seven Hills Endodontics in some detail. However, an attorney friend cautioned me about this document, saying many lawsuits against internet reviewers are from the medical field as such posts contain comments about specific healthcare workers (like mine did), and the legal definition of defamation is broad. With that, I am amending this post and resubmitting a severely edited opinion that omits any particular names, actions and statements. Very recently, I went to Seven Hills Endodontics to receive a Root Canal. I now have enormous doubts as to what they did to me, and the quality of the procedure performed. I feel it is imperative I have another dentist examine me to ensure nothing is wrong. I am doing so because of actions performed by the dentist during the root canal and verbal statements he made to me that make me question their business practices and revenue generation strategy.

I cannot trust this healthcare professional had my best interests in mind. That is all I am now going to state. Again, I need to remain very general in this edited review for the aforementioned reasons. Also, I wish to emphasize that I have no malice in writing this review and am doing so for what I feel will be the public's benefit. I am going to consult with my GP dentist who referred me to Seven Hills Endodontics and ask him why he sent me to this practice, as I cannot understand his rationale for doing so. I am currently giving Seven Hills Endodontics two stars as there is still the possibility there is nothing wrong with the root canal and it was performed satisfactorily. If I learn otherwise from an examination by a different dentist, changes to my rating and possibly other forms of action will follow.

However, my review is based on my overall opinion of receiving treatment at this dental practice, and it is not an experience I would ever care to repeat. Nor would I recommend Seven Hills Endodontics to anyone else. UPDATE: Do NOT go to Seven Hills Endodontics. I cannot elaborate further but do not go to this place if you need a root canal. You have been warned!
