Serene Smiles lives up to its name—this place turns dental visits into a calming experience. As someone with severe dental anxiety, I was skeptical, but from the first visit, their approach won me over. The office is designed for relaxation: soft lighting, calming music, and treatment rooms with noise-canceling headphones. Dr. Patel has a gentle touch and takes time to talk through every step, using a “pause button” system so I could stop if I felt overwhelmed.

My cleaning was painless, and they even offered a warm blanket. They specialize in nervous patients, and it shows—no rushing, no judgment. When I needed a crown, they used 3D scans to make it fit perfectly. Finally, a dentist that understands anxiety and makes care feel safe.

These women are absolutely incredible! I’ve been going to Serene Smiles for about 2 years, and they have helped me overcome so much of my dental anxiety. I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist! The facilities are clean and comfortable (10/10 would recommend asking for the massage chair). But most of all, the staff is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m a redhead, so I tend to work through numbing agents really quickly.

Because of that, I’ve had some nightmare appointments with other dentists. The staff here immediately knew that I could need extra numbing, and also made sure to check in with me to make sure I was okay during my appointment. Their consideration and accommodation has made going to the dentist enjoyable instead of panic-inducing, and I can’t thank them enough!! I would absolutely recommend Serene Smiles, especially if you have dental anxiety! They really get it🥰

We feel so lucky that we found this dental office when we moved to Columbus. In addition to their skillful and careful dental work, the staff are incredibly thoughtful and remember so many personal details about our family. It really feels like a family practice where everyone knows you by name.

Truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Aditi and the entire staff at Serene Smiles are so thoughtful, attentive, and reassuring in their care. While I don’t suffer from dental anxiety, it had been too long since my last dentist visit when I made my first appointment which was stressful; by the end of my first appointment, I felt confident in my treatment plan and completely at home. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences since.

If you’re searching for a new dentist, I really cannot recommend Dr. Aditi and her team enough.
