Worst experience ever. They tried to force me to leave my 3-year-old unintended in the lobby today and got x-rays that I didn't even go there for I simply went there for a teeth cleaning. I tried to ask if I can reschedule my x-rays, or if I could postpone them while p. Husband showed up to stay with my son. The doctor had the nerve and audacity to tell me.

Why did I bring my son with me to this appointment?Hands down the worst customer service, worst customer experience. Absolutely. No customer appreciation at all whatsoever. Please do yourself a favor and don't even go anywhere near this miserable and terrible place

Making an appointment in this place was the worst decision I've made in the last calendar year. They tried to force my wife to leave my 3-year-old son unattended in a lobby because they were trying to force her to get x-rays done when she went there for her teeth cleaning, she tried today to reschedule the x-rays or ask them to wait. As I was on my way and I was only 15 minutes away. They made her wait in the lobby for 45 minutes before they even died, took her in and then they tried to cancel the appointment.

Ann tried to make her pay a cancelation fee because they would not accommodate if you have children yeah. You understand you can always leave them alone and you have to bring them with you. The doctor was absurd and told her. What makes you think it is okay to bring a child to your dentist appointment? That is not a way any doctor should talk to any patient.

There is no customer appreciation, no customer support. No accommodations hands down the worst place in long island do yourself a favor if you value yourself and your children stay away from this please

Update 2/12/25 "I was previously a patient at this practice and had positive experiences with the dental care itself. However, I recently called to request my dental records to transfer to a new provider, as insurance doesn't cover duplicate x-rays. The receptionist's behavior during this call was extremely unprofessional. He brought up a previous review I had written and made hostile comments about my request for my medical records, which patients are legally entitled to receive. When I explained my need for the records, he dismissively told me to 'get them from my insurance company instead. ' This type of customer service is unacceptable in any medical practice.

Due to this unprofessional interaction, I will be visiting the office in person to obtain my records and to discuss this incident directly with the dentist. The receptionist's hostile attitude toward patients is damaging the practice's reputation, as evidenced by multiple similar reviews from other patients. While the dental care provided is excellent, the receptionist's confrontational behavior and poor handling of basic administrative requests is driving patients away. I strongly urge the dentist to address this ongoing issue with their front office staff before more patients seek care elsewhere. Despite the quality of dental care, I cannot recommend an office where staff treats patients with such disrespect when handling basic administrative requests. " My name is Jessica Stephens.

The dentist is amazing, but the receptionist should be fired. Not only is he severely unprofessional. All he does is talk down to patients. I had an emergency so I had to miss an appointment so now they won’t take me back as a patient. I have never heard of anything like this in my life and I’m not the only one because when I was sitting in the office, there was another lady that was getting Screamed at as well the way that he speaks to his patients Is despicable And it’s so unfortunate because the dentist is so amazing and he’s gonna lose so many clients just because of a receptionist. So I would not go to that office because you will get nowhere with that receptionist! The receptionist needs to be fired
