This was my first time calling. The receptionist came across as rude and disrespectful. I will pray for her because a person's negative attitude usually stems from issues in their life.

I had a permanent retainer break off part way and needed it removed. I called Dr. Schlein's office and they were able to see me the same day thanks to a cancellation. The Dr. was great - he worked fast & efficiently, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and gave me good advice on next steps.
