Front desk gets butthurt when you move to another office and ask to send x-rays to the other location. Whoever was on the phone this morning took the call very personal, and was not professional at all. He was very rude, dismissive, passive aggressive, and laughed over the phone.
I felt like he couldn’t bother to spend the time to send the x-rays to the other office. With this kind of establishment and the type of profession, I wouldn’t expect that.

I have gone to Dr. Schiff for 25 years. He has provided excellent dental care. He listens to the patient, offers options where possible and completes the work as painlessly as possible.
