I was sick of them not calling me back twice. !! I wish I knew the girls name at the desk. She was rude period! Definitely not returning.
Two of my friends cancelled their appointments after they heard of what they did to me. Needless to say, I found a great dentist at Caring Family Dentistry!! They are clean, compassionate and professional! Hopefully, I won't get in trouble for naming another dentist! Extremely dissatisfied patient!

If you want someone to do what you want with your own teeth after doing extensive research and knowing what your doing. Don't go here. Dr Simpson completely ignored anything I wanted done I was shut down immediately he didn't even want to talk to me about just walked away. Very unprofessional service.
Of course this is the only place state insurance will send you because they SUCK. After waiting an hour past my appointment time huge waste of time. They knew what I wanted coming into this appointment why did you make me an appointment just to say no!!!!!

I have been going to Saving People's Smile for over a decade now. I first found them when searching the Concord area for a good affordable dentist. Dr Simpson has always treated me well. I have had teeth removed, cavities repaired and two crowns as well as ex-rays, exams and cleanings performed over the years. In all I schedule 1-2 appointments a year.
Marcy works as the receptionist at the front desk and she has always worked with me on payments and been a huge help keeping my oral needs covered. She schedules my appointments and has even called me to fit in cleanings and other appointments when they have cancelations to help work around our schedules as needed. I have never had anything but a pleasant experience in over 10 years of going to their practice! I have referred others to them and everyone has always been treated as well as I. I will always recommend them to everyone I know!

AMAZING DENTIST!! I'm in my 60's, I've been to a lot of dental practices over the years and Dr. Simpson is one of the most skilled dentists I've ever had. He is kind and gentle . . .
no pain EVER!! He takes the time to explain the procedures fully. The staff are friendly and professional!! The prices are VERY reasonable. I tell anyone who is looking good for a great dentist to contact Saving People's Smiles. Do NOT believe the negative reviews, they are simply not true!
