I called yesterday for an issue with my implants. Amber gave me an appointment for today and Dr. Brad made the repair in less than 10 minutes. Finance Manager Ashley (she is a delight) took my payment and I was on my way back to the OBX. I wish they had an office nearby but I don’t mind driving 2 1/2 hours to their office because they are all so friendly, helpful and nice.

The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. White was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly.
They were gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to excellent care. My visit to Sandston comprehensive dentistry was wonderful! Doctor Alex examined my teeth and explained our plan going forward. I wanted to have my cleaning performed while I was there.
Amber pulled some strings and made it happen! Penny was my hygienist and she was GREAT! How can you have any anxiety about going to the dentist; when everyone at Sandston Comprehensive Dentistry are so pleasant and willing to help!

I’m a new patient of Dr. Thweatt’s. He quickly identified a suspicious lump that was compromising the integrity of one of my front teeth. I’m so happy to have made the switch to Sandston comprehensive dentistry! The entire team works together seamlessly. You can tell it’s a good work environment.
