I see it’s been a while anyone has rated so I will give my honest rating. I would have given a 1 star but I will keep it honest in that it isn’t all Romeo’s fault. I had been going here for a very very long time, Dr. C was my DDS and she was amazing. Unfortunately due to Covid and personal reasons, she left. I was left with a dentist named Michael Baldi who due to his malpractice left me with a severe tooth infection while trying to replace a cap that was perfectly fine.
Dr. Romeo attempted to fix his mistakes numerous times but ultimately failed and I required an emergency extraction and surgery. In addition, while attempting to replace my cap, Dr. Baldi broke the tooth behind it leading to another infection. Now I need more work done to fix their mistakes and Dr. Romeo had put in the authorizations for such work to be completed and I had kindly requested a lower out of pocket cost due to this incident.
Since my kind and honest request, Romeo has ignored my calls and does not return messages. Someone had made a review of him being arrogant and it clearly shows. Up until now I was comfortable and pleased with his work. After this, I can clearly see his unprofessional arrogant side.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!! THIS PLACE BALANCE BILLS YOU WHICH IS ILLEGAL. THE CONTRACTED RATE IS PAID IN FULL. They are balance billing WHICH IS in violation of their provider agreement DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST

Been seeing Dr Romeo for over 20 yrs. When i began seeing him my teeth/gums were terrible due to bad smoking habit. My teeth/gums are much better now thanks to the care i received from Dr Romeo. I would recommend his office & staff

The people are nice, I’ve been going here almost my entire life. For the last 2 years I’ve had nothing but shoddy work, and diagnoses that were 100% incorrect. I paid $450 out of pocket for a cap I never needed, because I had to get the tooth extracted from a different practice! If a dentist can’t see clear infection, I wouldn’t recommend them in the slightest.
