Dr. Wu is kind, thorough, and patient. I was in a lot of unexplainable pain, and Dr. Wu took the time to figure out what was wrong and the best way to fix it. She ensured I was comfortable and at ease during the entire procedure. Her staff is also kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Wu.

Dr Wu is the best! No one looks forward to a root canal!! But, if you do need this treatment, I recommend Dr. Salina Wu. She is highly skilled, and precise. She ensures you are comfortable and pain-free during the procedure. She is affable and friendly.
Her staff is also pleasant. Dr Wu’s office assistant, Joan, is always helpful, accommodating and friendly. I have been treated there a couple of times and if the need arises in the future, I would go back to Dr Wu. I am comfortable and confident with the treatment I have received here.

Both my daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Wu and highly recommend her. My daughter had a scheduled root canal and I had an emergency root canal and we both had excellent experiences and outcomes. Dr. Wu’s team is compassionate and professional and strive to make your visit as comfortable and painless as possible.

This was my first root canal so I can only compare to stories of others experiences with other doctors. My experience with Dr. Wu was nothing like I've heard. I have now completed both appoints of my root canal. After treatment I took Aleve every 6-8 hours but never really felt any pain. Would feel a little pressure (best way to put it) at times but no discomfort. Other than novacaine injections and my facial hair getting yanked my equipment lol, this was a painless experience. I also never felt too uncomfortable in the chair. Little anxiety waiting to go numb, you're in there alone, but doing the procedure it's straight to work and that agreed with me.
Seemed to be very efficient work. Dr. Wu and her assistant seem to have the procedure so well practiced. Everything went smoothly. Everyone I had interactions with in the office was very nice and helpful. I didn't catch everyone's names unfortunately. Some reviews have called out some desk staff by name, I worked with two nice women who I couldn't say anything bad about. Root canals are pricey, my insurance isn't great (only covers 40%) but I'm told what I paid is around the norm. I haven't seen a final bill so I can't speak to any insurance 'scams' as some accuse.
But that seems like something someone would overreact to if they weren't happy with their bill. I'm not good with benefits but I know sometimes you think something will be covered and it isn't. That seems like an insurance problem not an endodontist problem. Dr. Wu and staff did a great job as far as I'm concerned. Not that I'm hoping to need more work, but I would happily return if I do.
