This is the best Family Health Center I have ever been to. I have been coming back here for over a decade. I love the doctors, the nurses, the staff on all 3 floors. I especially love the great people on the 2nd floor. Jennifer Fisher is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to countless dentists.
I will be coming here 'til the day I die. These people are super professional, super nice and I wouldn't change a thing. Keep up the incredible work Salem Family Health Center. Once again, a special Shout Out to the best dentist I ever had, Jennifer Fisher!

Horrible medical team. They never return calls and if you need a prior authorization - forget it! Very incompetent staff. I’d avoid at all cost!!

I have three months that i am calling for new patients appointments, people are telling over the phone that I have to call nexts month. I have to take private dental insurance now

This place genuinely sucks. I checked in and they had me waiting 30 minutes (after my appointment) like I don’t have places to be just to tell me they never checked me in. On top of that the third floor lacks so much professionalism. It’s as if they hired whoever to do the job and that’s not okay.
I read the reviews when my mom switched me and was definitely fishy abt this place but first appointment went okay unfortunately the second apportionment (today) was terrible. Wasted my time, didn’t know what they were doing, didn’t even give me the right paperwork I needed to do lab work I ended up just leaving since these people have no idea what they are doing and I don’t want my blood taken if they are most likely gonna mess it up. EDIT- MY SISTER CONFIDENTIAL APPOINTMENT WAS NOT PRIVATE SO IF YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE CONFIDENTIAL APPOINTMENTS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO AS THEY CLEARLY DONT FOLLOW THE RULES.
